If you need to make a change to your order please contact me me as soon as possible. Once your order is fullfilled it can not be changed or cancelled.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 5-9 business days ( excludes weekends and holidays) to be fulfilled. Sometimes orders are fulfilled sooner.

You do have to provide and email address in order to recieve email confirmation and tracking. If just a phone number is provided you will only recieve a text confirmation.

All Busca La Luz items are designed and made by me. My clothing apparel is printed on high quality, ethically sourced material. I select great quality materials that are comfortable but also sturdy and can last through many washes. My designs are hand pressed in my home workshop. I use plastisol heat transfers to apply my designs. The result is a clear, smooth design, that lasts many washes if properly cared for.

For all shirts, crews and hoodies it is recommended to wash your item inside out and in a cold wash. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron over design.

Currently our apparel is offered in sizes small to 3XL. As you shop you will see what sizes are still available for product.

I try my absolute best to keep pictures on the website and social media as accurate as possible. However, some material colors can vary slightly in different lighting!

Technically yes. But it is not recommended. In order to keep your bracelet looking its best for longer please remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, lotion, perfume, and other chemical products.

Please note, tarnishing of gold plated products will accelerate when in contact with water. It is not uncommon for gold plated products to begin fading after six months of being worn often.
