Refund policy
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or do exchanges, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact me to open up a conversation on how I can address your concern. I would love to help in any way I can.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items
Any donation made from your purchase or additional donation made by you (the customer) can not be refunded since donations are given to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.
Refunds
If a refund is made, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return or issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
